We met Brian Greenberg this past Spring, as my husband and I started the process of looking for a house to buy or some land on which to build. We saw an ad for a house that looked interesting and it turned out to be one that Brian was marketing. That event started an extraordinary "working" relationship with Brian.

I say extraordinary because we had vowed, after a horrible experience with a Realtor a few years ago, that we would never use a Realtor again. We would handle any real estate transactions ourselves. We said this over and over during the next four years, including this past Spring when we decided to put our house on the market. However, after dealing with Brian, first on the telephone, and then in person, we felt it would be absurd to handle selling our house ourselves when we could rely on the professional ability of Brian to do this for us. He certainly did that. The lock box went on our front door on July 9th and on July 23rd Brian presented us with a contract which we accepted!

I put "working" relationship in quotes, because at no time did it ever feel like work when we were dealing with Brian. His obvious professional ability, his calm, reassuring supportive manner and his creativity helped us to do something we really thought we never would - deal with a Realtor again!!

He always kept us informed without our asking, was completely responsive to all our requests, and kept in frequent touch throughout the wait between selling and settlement! While I imagine there were times when my husband drove him crazy (just kidding Brian), Brian always made us feel better after we spoke to him.

In addition to selling our house, Brian directed us to some land that we fell in love with, bought, and are now building on. In that transaction, also, he was helpful, creative and reassuring.

We miss seeing him as frequently as we did during the Summer, but look forward to keeping in touch and referring him to anyone we know in the market for an outstanding Realtor.
